Quality Management (QM) is an approach that seeks to improve quality and performance which will meet or exceed customer expectations. This can be achieved by integrating all quality-related functions and processes throughout the company. QM looks at the overall quality measures used by a company including managing quality design and development, quality control and maintenance, quality improvement, and quality assurance. QM takes into account all quality measures taken at all levels and involving all company employees.

Quality management has evolved from the quality assurance methods to help amend this, quality inspectors were introduced on the production line to ensure that the level of failures due to quality was minimized.

The products test according to the application, different test criteria need to be selected. We can refer to national standards, industry standards and international standards for testing. For example, barite for export as a drilling mud aggravating agent can usually be tested with reference to API standards and ISO standards. Conventional test items include density, water-soluble alkaline earth metals (in terms of calcium), 75 μm sieve residue, and so on.

Density is a very important indicator of the density of barite directly related to its price. Therefore, how to test and calculate the density of barite is very important.

The density of the barite is usually measured using a Lee density bottle. The mass of the barite is measured with a balance, denoted as M. In the Lee density bottle filled with kerosene, write down the scale V1. Put the barite into, write down the scale V2, and finally by the density formula P = M / V, the M divided by V2-V1, calculate the density.

The HOT keep on managing client complete requirement that’s the reason of Delivering Quality.
